Raised and educated in Arkansas City thru the Jr. College and graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.

Married to Bob Niles and have two sons: Lance and daughter-in-law Tamara and Nathan and daughter-in-law Amy. From these two families I have three granddaughters, Hannah, Jenna and Natalie. I have one favorite grandson, Will!!! Our newest additions great-grandson, Carson Mac Carillo.

I have been in the business world since I was a Junior in high school and it has been my life. I became a Realtor 18 years ago and have been a Broker for about 14 years. Bob and I opened Summit Realty  6 years ago and are blessed with the most amazing Realtors who have the  highest of ethical, moral and professional standards.

I have spent all of my business life investing and helping to improve Arkansas City. Bob and I were married here, raised our sons here, and until recently both of our sons lived here. We are committed to this community and its future growth.
