Clayton is a life-long resident of Cowley County and actively involved within the community through a number of local organizations including the Arkansas City Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Executive Board for the Rotary Club of Arkansas City, a member of the Arkalalah Festival Executive Committee, and a deacon at Central Christian Church.

He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with over two-decades of marketing experience in variety of fields. His knowledge of traditional and electronic advertising provides a skill set that helps to define Summit Realty’s client properties and set them apart from the competition.

Clayton, along with his wife Jamie, is raising the fourth generation of local Pappans. He has three teenage daughters, which includes one set of twins. Much of his free time is spent enjoying their involvement in sports and fine arts.

Clayton has been with Summit Realty for over four years as part of the real estate team. He has experience in both Buyer’s and Seller’s Agency in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. He specializes in true, customer attention with a desire to not just make the sale, but to match the perfect property with the appropriate buyer.
